Why cant i download csv files

 · I am having the same problem. Not with a bank, but another program. I have used IE fine with no problems downloading csv files to excel in the past. Edge showed up on my computer 5/23/18 and now I can no longer download csv files into excel. If I go into Google Chrome into my program, it will download just fine, but not in IE/Edge.  · I'm trying to do taxes and downloading files. I can't get ANY of them to open. You can run the SFC tool to repair these files. Now, run the SFC tool on your computer. Step 1: Open Command Prompt as administrator. Type Command Prompt in the search bar. Right-click the result and choose Run as administrator. The problem is that it can't read the csv file. The command to read the csv file i have used is: import pandas as pd df = bltadwin.ru_csv("bltadwin.ru") df I have tried a lot of other ways too, but every time it says that, file is not found although the csv file in my pc.

When opening a csv file, Firefox identifies it as a text file. How do you change the file extension to associate with CSV/Excel since it identifies the file as Text. FF25 downloads csv files as text instead of csv - causes problems I have reset my profile, but it still the same problem. The CSV file opening as a new tab in Safari. I'm using a Mac.
