Icue stuck on downloading driver

Posted July for the past 2 weeks i have had to live with my corsair mouse and keyboard being stuck in RGB puke mode because when i did my fresh windows 10 install and was installing all other software's needed and corsair Icue completely froze my system about half way through installation. I have tried 3 different times even with older. Icue stuck trying to install. As the title says it, v.3 gets stuck on 42% and v.4 gets stuck on 73%. Does it normally take all day to install a small program?
