Elder scrolls online wont download pc

I didn't need to repair, it was something else, see screenshot. My antivirus AVG marked esoexe as a virus and put it aside, lol. I've restored it afterwards to the correct location and the game is working again. Also Used two different pc on two different ISP and same issues #2. the launcher won't even load now #7.
